Delivery, Pickup and Returns

Delivery

We provide delivery only to addresses in Brunei Darussalam. Kindly note that the charges are based on district. The charges are as follows: $5 for Brunei Muara, $7 for Tutong, and $10 for Kuala Belait and Temburong. FREE delivery is available for purchases of BND 65 in a single receipt.

Once your have received your order confirmation, we will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time for delivery. Your patience on this matter is greatly appreciated.

Pickup

For those who prefer to pick up their items, we provide a pick up location at the following:

MP Box W11, Sunway Cube, Unit J64, Block J, Sunway Centre, Kg Sungai Tilong, Bandar Seri Begawan BC3315 (Map location will be provided in pick up confirmation e-mail).

Please await your pick up confirmation (by e-mail) before picking up your items. Kindly approach the main counter and ask for pick up from Khush at MP Box W11. Please bring your pick up confirmation and inform your name and order number to collect your items. Kindly inform us via WhatsApp at +673 862 5896 once you have collected your order.

Kindly collect your items within 48 hours of the time of the pick up confirmation in order to avoid overcapacity of the MP Box. Uncollected items will be returned and your items may only be received via delivery. The cost of the delivery will be borne by the customer.

Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can manage your returns at your customer account page here.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us via WhatsApp at +673 8625896 or via e-mail hello@khush.info. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: No. 29, Spg. 524, Jln. Kebangsaan Lama, Kpg. Sungai Akar, Bandar Seri Begawan BC4115, Brunei Darussalam.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your product is received defective, damaged, and incorrect, you may be asked to share pictures of the product so we can evaluate the situation and process an exchange and/or a refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as all items classified as Khush Merch. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Direct exchanges are allowed if the product is received defective, damaged, or incorrect, if you wish to receive an exchange. Kindly return the product in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We may also require proof of purchase or a receipt, and pictures of the product, before accepting an exchange.

Direct exchanges apart from these conditions are not allowed.

Return delivery charges
If you have received your product defective, damaged, or incorrect, and your item has been evaluated as eligible for a return, then Khush will arrange and bear the charges for the return delivery. If you are dissatisfied with your product for any other reasons apart from the aforementioned conditions, then the customer will be responsible for arranging and bearing the charges for the return delivery.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded via bank transfer (BIBD or Baiduri) within 10 business days. You will be asked to share your account details in order for us to process your refund. If your product was received defective, damaged, or incorrect, your delivery charge will be refunded. Otherwise, if your product was returned for reasons apart from this, your delivery charge will not be refunded. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us  via WhatsApp at +673 8625896 or via e-mail hello@khush.info.
