Shipping policy

Delivery

We provide delivery only to addresses in Brunei Darussalam. Kindly note that the charges are based on district. The charges are as follows: $5 for Brunei Muara, $7 for Tutong, and $10 for Kuala Belait and Temburong. FREE delivery is available for purchases of BND 90 in a single receipt.

Once your have received your order confirmation, we will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time for delivery. Your patience on this matter is greatly appreciated.

Pickup

For those who prefer to pick up their items, we provide a pick up location at the following:

Studio Ruche, D27, 2nd floor, Bangunan Lim Eng Ming, Kiulap, Bandar Seri Begawan BE1518 (Map location will be provided in pick up confirmation e-mail).

Please await your pick up confirmation (by e-mail) before picking up your items. Kindly inform us your preferred collection time 1 day in advance so we can prepare the package for you. You can also opt to have your package left outside our studio door for you to collect at your convenience.

Return delivery charges
If you have received your product defective, damaged, or incorrect, and your item has been evaluated as eligible for a return, then Khush will arrange and bear the charges for the return delivery. If you are dissatisfied with your product for any other reasons apart from the aforementioned conditions, then the customer will be responsible for arranging and bearing the charges for the return delivery.
