Refund policy

You can request for and manage your returns at Your Khush Home or here.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, kindly request for a return at your account homepage at Your Khush Home. Before your return is accepted, we may contact you to enquire the specifics of your return, particularly if your return is due to the receipt of a damaged, defective or incorrect product. We may request for some pictures to be shared for further consideration. Your co-operation on this matter is highly appreciated.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our location here. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your product is received defective, damaged, and incorrect, you may be asked to share pictures of the product so we can evaluate the situation and process an exchange and/or a refund.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as all items classified as Khush Merch. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
Direct exchanges are allowed if the product is received defective, damaged, or incorrect, that is if you wish to receive an exchange. Begin the exchange process by first requesting for a return. We will contact you to make further arrangements. Kindly return the product in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We may also require proof of purchase or a receipt, and pictures of the product, before accepting an exchange.

Direct exchanges apart from these conditions are not allowed.

 

Return delivery charges
If you have received your product defective, damaged, or incorrect, and your item has been evaluated as eligible for a return, then Khush will arrange and bear the charges for the return delivery. If you are dissatisfied with your product for any other reasons apart from the aforementioned conditions and you decide to return it in the 7-day return window, then the customer will be responsible for arranging and bearing the charges for the return delivery.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded via bank transfer (BIBD or Baiduri) within 10 business days. You will be asked to share your account details in order for us to process your refund. If your product was received defective, damaged, or incorrect, your delivery charge will be refunded. Otherwise, if your product was returned for reasons apart from this, your delivery charge will not be refunded.
